How old is yamcha in dragon ball z
Of course Yamcha just has to be one year younger than Vegeta. Not only did he lose the competition for Bulma's affection, but he couldn't even beat Vegeta in a contest of age. The only thing he has going for him at 47 seems to be his luscious locks that don't appear to be graying or falling out anytime soon.
Coincidentally, Yamcha and Tien are the exact same age, making them the perfect rivals for one another when they met back in Dragon Ball. And while Yamcha has strayed from his background as a martial artist, it seems like Tien's age hasn't yet caught up with him, although he's now experienced enough to lead his own dojo now, something that the Tien of Dragon Ball definitely wasn't ready to do.
Krillin definitely doesn't look his age. His height and lack and hair make him look like he's still in his 20s! Hopefully he keeps his youthful look, although Dragon Ball GT showed fans that he doesn't have much longer before he starts to resemble the grandfather that he'll inevitably become. Despite being 43, he's managed to maintain a childlike innocence that makes it difficult to even attach an age to him in the first place.
Back in Dragon Ball , it was clear that he was a bit younger than his early rivals like Krillin, Yamcha, and Tien, although his tiny stature back then gave the impression that he belonged to a completely different generation than someone like Yamcha, who, if nothing else, had him beat in the height department.
It's pretty disturbing to think about how old Chiaotzu really is when he's always looked like a year-old. The series has never explained why he hasn't aged a bit, mentally or physically. With the knowledge of his true age, many fans may never look at him the same ever again without feeling a slight level of discomfort. Androids 17 and 18 have never had their official age revealed, but it's pretty easy to infer their ages based on what information is known regarding the twin siblings.
The two were known as notorious renegades back in their younger days, but after Dr. Gero abducted them, he turned them into the androids that fans know and love today. Despite being mostly biological, the two haven't aged at all over the years. Their appearances now are most likely their appearances after Dr. For example, Dragon Ball Z contains time skips that would go as far as seven years into the future.
This happens a lot less, however, in Dragon Ball Super , with the series following a far more linear narrative. In Dragon Ball Z, the Super Saiyan Goku would of course age with these time jumps, making him older in the later sagas that exist in Dragon Ball canon.
Here's how old Goku is in each Dragon Ball saga to date. When his journey begins, Goku is stated to be 14 years old despite his youthful appearance.
Dragon Ball later retconned Goku being 11 years old, with the explanation being that he had trouble counting when asked his age at the start of the Pilaf saga. In the same year, he engages in a search for the Dragon Balls that brings him and his allies into heated conflicts with the Red Ribbon Army, General Blue, and Mercenary Tao.
It was also during this time that he met the prophetic Fortuneteller Baba. As the years pass in the Dragon Ball canon, Goku keeps himself busy with his training and his adventures. When Goku is 15, he enters the 22nd World Martial Arts Tournament and loses in a memorable showdown with Tien who would later go to be a member of the Z-Warriors.
Following his fight with Tien, the teenage Goku goes up against his deadliest adversary yet: Demon King Piccolo. What links here. Dragon Ball Encyclopedia. Search Dragon Ball Encyclopedia. Tweet Bookmark this on Delicious.
